[FC] idle

Ben,
I've had a few like that... best fix is to get into the accelerator pedal 
"bell crank" assembly and lube it well, and then make sure the spring in the 
front is about twice as strong as the one in the engine compartment.
Makes for smoooooooooooth acceleration and a nice low idle.
