[FC] fan pulley bolt headache

It depends a bit on what you're trying to accomplish.  You can drill 
the head off the screw and get the pulley and fan off, but if you want 
to reuse the bearing hub you'll then need to drill the screw out.  At 
minimum with the fan off the top cover will come off so you can do the 
operation on the workbench.
