[FC] fan pulley bolt headache

Howdy y'all!

Howdit go way down south in Walla Walla?

My car: 64 700 110 engine

My headache:

Three of four bolts holding the fan and pulley loosened up real nice. The
fourth bolt just doesn't seem to want to go along with the other three. Not
even after a week of daily dosings of "weasel piss".

Rounded off the corners, bought a good set of bolt extractors, ripped the snot
off the head, can't quite fit the next size smaller on it, so I'm stuck.

Should I:
a) drill a hole and use a screw extractor
b) gently apply heat
c) beat the sucker into oblivion and pull the blower bearing off
d) install a <gasp> water pumper
