[FC] Re: Early FC shifter boot

Thank you. Without the boot there is no problem shifting or staying in gear. The boot is very nice and mounts perfectly but wants to keep the stick in the center with great force. I could not use it. Right now I'm using a black sleeve from a short sleeved shirt! Used the mounting ring and a cable tie on the stick. Kinda like a wind sock. Hey, stop laughing, it keeps the draft out!
