[FC] Wiring harness difference

My father put a '65 gb engine into his '62 rampside temporarily.

We checked out the harnesses very carefully and found out the only
difference is there is an extra wire for the resistor bypass from the
starter in the later ones.  The original one didn't have this feature.

I am planning on adding this wire to my '61 rampside, it will help it start
easier when it is cold.
