[FC] Rampside Bed repainting

On yes hatches.  The engine compartment top (hatch) was screwed in by 
10  1/4-20  one inch long clutch head screws.  No need for a hatch unless 
you are changing a fan belt.  The fan belt can be changed with out removing 
the engine cover if the engine is cold.
