[FC] FC Stuck Accelerator

only thing i can think of without seeing/feeling it is to double check the 
round felt seal that has to be free to float around in its captive circle steel 
retainer. i washed it with brake clean and lubed it with blaster when i first 
got my rampy.it was a big improvement and i could remove all the extra wrong 
springs someone  added.. also wash old grease out of the slide up front where 
the cable hooks on and relube it. when everything is clean and free you should 
be able to unhook it at the engine and move it freely back and forth.... the 
64 -65 is nicer without the slide up front.
