[FC] Duct Cleaning and rebuilding

Steve........ please re read what I had posted...... the all important word
here is "if". The gas heater doesn't consume much gasoline at all and
provides a comfort level that can not be beat, especially if you need the
windows defrosted. If you have never experienced a gas heater in a Corvair,
you have no way to know how well they work. If one has a van, a gas heater is
almost a necessity for cold weather driving. This is my opinion and I am
sticking by it...... Paul in Cold Northeast CT.... until this week when it
warmed....

With approximately 1/3 of the gasoline consumed already ending up as waste
heat, burning additional gasoline to keep the occupants warm just can't be
  more efficient.

The gas heater might be cleaner, heat up faster, and be of greater
capacity
than the direct air heater. Might even be more comfortable, but having to
drive with the heat on minimum and the windows open implies maybe it's too
  much.

Steve also in CT. It doesn't often get THAT cold here.
