[FC] Drum and Backing Plate Contact

The left rear drum on my 64 GB scrapes along the top six inches of the backing plate. 

Last Fall the rear brakes were replaced.
A few days ago the front (2) transmission mounts, rear coils and shocks were replaced.

The scraping really hasn't changed due to the replacement parts. However, the scraping has been getting worse over time.

I am wondering if the wheel bearing is getting sloppy (even though it feels okay to me).

Any other suggestions?
