Mike,  I think it is normal.  The wheels will be more vertical with a load 
in the bed, but we don't typically use them that way now.  Mine is the same. 
Also has 110.  Just rotate the tires to even out the outer edge wear if you 
are that concerned.

Attachments (if any) are scanned with anti-virus software.
