I've had some luck with the Craftsman screw extractor device that is 
essentially a two-bladed drill bit that runs backwards. The idea is that the "teeth" 
will catch in the stripped out head of a screw, and back it out. On tightly 
rusted screws, it just drills the head off and never catches. I've found that it 
fits really good in these clutch head screws; but use a lot of liquid wrench 
before trying!
