[FC] FC Taillights - LED

Alot of the 18 wheelers on the interstates are using LED lights and they
seem much brighter than normal bulbs to me. The high mount brake lights on
many cars and SUV's now are LED's and are brighter than the normal lamps to
me when I'm behind them. Of course one advantage of them are they don't
have broken filament problems like regular lamps so they last longer.

Clark,
Have you seen any 12v LEDs that penetrate any distance ?
A few parts vendors are selling 1157 / 1156 LED Lamps
but none are DOT compliant - none can be seen at a distance or an angle.

I will be introducing true Halogen 1157 & 1156 Lamps shortly
and an in expensive Rear Reflector that lasts.
