[FC] Disecting a Rampside

Your last sentence is incorrect. The Rampside, as well as all Corvairs, is
welded into one big hunk. There is no chassis. You can cut the cab off at
the ramp door but you are literally cutting the chassis in half.

Subject: [FC] Disecting a Rampside

Hi again. Thanks everyone for the advice on cutting the motor out of my
parts rampy. Now I'd like to cut the body apart, and wonder where a good
place to cut the cab would be.

The cab itself is in really good shape, but the floor is long gone. Is
there a good place to cut to separate the cab from the bed? Should I just
go with the opening of the ramp and aproximate it on the other side? I have
a feeling that once the two are apart, it will be no trouble at all to get
the cab off the chassis.

Thanks much.
