I just checked to see if I was somehow the guilty party ...whew not so !
I put a copy of the invoice in address pouch,
another copy & credit card receipt inside
plus e mailing a copy if an e mail address is available - to acknowledge 
shipment.
How to incorporate shipper tracking # next to acomplish.
