[FC] idle/engine

The norm was fast idle until complete warm up - the bi metallic coil on the 
cylinder heads have deteriorated over the years and it is "normal" to have 
to blip the throttle to drop down. I have re cut steps on carb and tinkered 
numerous times.
Course I live in San Diego ...
