[FC] tool?

I went to a bolt store and purchased plated oval head cap screws that have 
worked fine for years.  They have a smooth rounded head like the originals 
and are easily turned with a large Philips head driver.  Maybe once a year 
or two I put a little grease on the threads when they were removed.
