I love my 61 rampside I drive it at least once a week and it runs great for a maintained but unrestored 44 year old truck. When empty I feel comfortable going 55 down the highway it stays strait and the 80 horse pulls grades in fourth.  Today I bought a Scamper camper and the ride home scared the pee out of me, the old gal was drifting and bouncing all over the road. If someone with a tight truck wants a decent camper with a 24 volt hydraulic motor driven jacking system that lifts the camper high enough to get your truck under  for $800.00 let me know. I think the jacking system is worth that much. If I paid too much make me an offer.  I have many more projects so if someone wanted to finish the truck I could let them both go for $3000.00. I'll even throw in a rebuildable 110 truck motor. If you are interested I can send pictures.
