[FC] Re: defroster resistor and positioning choke plates

The resistor pack is for the low and medium speeds on the fresh air 
heater.  There is a choke unloader tang on the throttle shaft 
plate.  The unloader tang should be set so with the carbs at WOT the 
choke plate opens 3/8 of an inch.  !964 and later carbs have a 
special rubber flapper on the carb base to help with hot starts (yes 
it really works if properly adjusted).
