[FC] '140 valve seat troubles

i feel most 140 seat problems are caused by adjusting valves too tight and 
also not paying attention to pinging / detonation noises.  i may be wrong again 
, but if the valevs are adjusted a tad on the loose side cold you will have 
less seat failure because valve has a chance to remove heat from seat if closed 
long enough.  thats the way the old timers used to do it..   so far its worked 
for me .
