Simple new lifters on either a new or a used camshaft - just never used
lifters on a new camshaft. Additionally if re-using components keep same
lifter on same lobe... The post emissions era generic SBC lifters now being
sold in so many different boxes all simply do not pump enough oil onto the
valve train components ! See attached Product Bulletin for details.

When replacing lifters, would it be adviseable to get the cam reground, or 
can I simply yank the old lifters out and slap the new ones in?
