[FC] B-J Auction Rampside

It was a very straight, clean example. Only mods I could see was Crager 5
spoke wheels.

Anybody know who the seller was? Has anybody ever seen this Rampy in
person.

While many would say the buyer paid too much for that truck, and auction is
a perfect example of what the market will bear. And while I do think the
price was a little high, it does bode well for our waterless wonders.
Increased prices translate into value through better restorations, making it
more reasonable to save a Corvair from the crusher.

Regards,
Joel
Also own a 80hp '61 RS, but not as nice as that one!

OK, I guess I'm the first to post anything on this ....
1) How was the bed painted
2) Was this a totally rust-free truck ie no Bondo?
3) Was there anything special about the engine?
4) Any ideas as to what made this truck "special", besides the obvious?
