[FC] Bad mouthing bad service

It just seems strange that with all the years Lon has
given excellent service, someone would chose a point
when he's recovering from surgery to air their griefs.
I've ordered parts from CU on numerous occasions and
never had a problem. I even had phone calls fron CU to
confirm orders, etc.
