Good afternoon: Is there a downside to permanently removing the fuel strainer from the fuel pickup? The plan is to install a fuel filter between the tank and the fuel pump. Shifting gears a little, does anyone on this list get the Auto Restorer newsletter? Since I had never heard of it before, would you recommend it? Thanks. Bill Chellis
