[FC] Fuel Tanks

The advantage of the fuel tank sock is that it allows gasoline and 
alcohol to pass but restricts the passage of water. The disadvantage 
of it is if you ever get a bad tank of gasoline, dirt rust and other 
crud, you have to remove the tank to replace it.
