Auto Rrestorer is a good magazine.
I used to subscribe, but dropped it and about 6 other magazines as I found
I was collecting unread magazines.

As for removing the strainer..........why?
If you have the sending unit out, replace the sender.

But if you put an in-loine filter in, that will work too.

Is there a downside to permanently removing the fuel strainer from the fuel
pickup?
The plan is to install a fuel filter between the tank and the fuel pump.

Shifting gears a little, does anyone on this list get the Auto Restorer
newsletter?

Since I had never heard of it before, would you recommend it?
