I believe the wavy washer on the E-brake arm is an anti-rattle device, whereas the same type washer on the adjuster is for thrust. Do any of the FC's have self adjusting brakes? (ie, 64's & 65's?) I am sure that parts would be available for the conversion if one wanted to ... Bill S
