[FC] Tail lights on the Rampside

Sounds like a poor ground back to the body..  maybe in more than one 
place... but most likely on the side where the tail light does not come on. 
Sounds as if the ground on the other side is OK and the parking light is 
finding ground through the brake light filament.

Weird things can happen.  I once had the license plate lights flash with the 
turn signal turned on.

Clean things up and see if that fixes it.
