[FC] Seat Belts

Hello:

I am installing seat belts in my 1963 Rampside. I have reviewed the previous posts and still need help in locating the attachment points.

My Rampside is an early-production 1963 (serial 3R124F108227); it could actually be a 1962 "carryover" body that was used in 1963 model production.

I have found 2 rubber plugs about 11 inches from the centerline and about 5 inches above the line of bolts attaching the rear wall of the cab to the "frame". I suspect that these are holes for mounting bolts.

For the 2 outboard mounts, I cannot find any "dimples" or holes. I have found in an earlier Communique a diagram for the FC. showing that I should drill a mounting hole about 2 1/2 inches rearward from the bench seat attachment bold in the rear and about 3 inches to the center. OK on right side; problem on left side with the sheet metal covering the gas tank hose -- cannot find a flat surface 2 1/2 by 3 from the seat mounting bolt.

I am sure that one of our members has addressed this issue and would appreciate some help; maybe a picture if available.
