[FC] electrical gremlin

If you temporarily disconnect the added instrument panel, does everything go 
back to normal?

Did you disturb the cable which controls the turn signal switch during the 
panel installation?

I'm not sure that there is a fuse for the headlights.  I think there is a 
circuit breaker in the light switch instead.
