[FC] Couple of questions

the plate can not be put on wrong.  if you are getting a lot of oil  out of 
vent , you may have other issues causing crankcase pressures to build  up. i 
use a contact cement spray on the plate sides of the gaskets. then  make sure 
you torque all the bolts correctly. also be sure oil level is  correct. check 
your compression   ...may have excessive blowby?
the u joint is the popular chevy unit , i think the number at napa used to  
be a 5-153  ...not sure. all their numbers have changed since i had to buy  
any.  clarks has then at reasonable prices.
