Wouldn't the proper thing to do, would be to gently point this out and

This is a list that is supported by CORSA.  Re-titling vehicles is against
the law in most if not all cases.  CORSA can't be part of this practice in
anyway.  As a director, I had to make sure the thread was stopped
immediately.
