we won't know unless you tell us -- does it have self adjusters, or 
not?  at this point they could have been retro-fitted along the way, or 
if it had them, they could have been removed.    big difference in what 
you have to do, but the end result is that with the wheel jacked up off 
the ground, it should turn easily with perhaps just the faintest hint of 
brake rub -- no rub, too loose; hard to turn, brakes too tight.
