[FC] FC Spotlight Accessory

The Spotlight Accessory is listed as an available option on an FC, but
I've
never seen one installed, either in person, or in pics on the web.
 
Does anyone here know an owner who has one installed?  Do you have some
contact info?  I'd like to find one, but they rarely (never, so far)
have a
part # on them, and without a better idea of what I'm looking at in
terms of
the mounting brackets, I'm lost.
