[FC] speedo -2

Thank you for the ideas on the speedo. I checked the instrument on the workbench last night, and the needle works when I spin the brass bushing on the back. Now I will check the cable and see if that is frozen up. I understand that the "innards" (thank you Tim) can be removed and lubed from the "cab" end.   More later.
