[FC] Getting the ignition switch out of the dash

Behind the dash and on top of the switch is a button.  Push it down while 
pulling the stem/knob out from the front.  You have to take that out before 
you can get the bezel off.

Hello; A friend told me how to remove the lock cylinder from the ignition 
switch but I also need to remove the entire ignition switch. Does the chrome 
ring unscrew so the switch can be taken out from behind the dash or what? I 
can't find anything about it in my repair books. Many thanks! Steve T. (61
