[FC] backup lights for a rampy

I had an idea for b/u lights i was thinking about halogen fog light behind the license plate with a spring loaded plate 
(like the 70s cars with the fuel filler behind the plate) operated with a solenoid (door lock type) to flip it up and turn the light on
