[FC] horn & signals

the rear mount for a late FC motor is very slightly dished because of the  
harmonic balancer in place of a flat pulley, less than the car mount. the 
stock  early was flat. you have to look close at them.
i am running a car mount on my 63 rampy with late block , and realigned it  
to compensate.
i was going to lay out the parts of the horn partially assembled and take  
pictures , but glad you got it ok. some medium size flat blade screwdrivers 
will  work on those screws ok , but i have a set of 1/4 and 3/8 drive bits 
for most  clutch heads here. later wheels had phillips head screws there.
