Any engine with a leaking head gasket and possibly needing a piston is a
core, not an engine that can be used without a total rebuild.  It's a short
stroke 145 cdi engine.  I would estimate $100 to $150.  Maybe a few $$$ more
if it is a FC block.

Folks - I am wondering what one would expect to pay for a rebuildable FC
motor circa 1963 in need of at least a head gasket and possibly a piston.
