[FC] FC Speedometer, Interior Paint

The FC speedometer question comes up from time to time.  100-mph 
speedometers were not an option, but were standard in Greenbriers, 
only, in 1964 and 1965, only.

But

This is not an absolute.  While there were no 100-mph speedometers in 
FCs prior to 1964, it appears that there were some 80-mph speedos in 
1964 Greenbriers.  It is no clear as to why this was.  Was it deluxe 
vs non-deluxe?  Early vs later production?  Stick vs automatic?  I 
have yet to discern a definitive answer.
