[FC] Right rear turn signal/brake light problem 61 rampy

No worky!
Switched housing and grounded with a separate wire and still to blink.
Checked fuses
Disconnected at clip to housing and put a test light on the purple wire 
and it *did not *blink.(left side does).

With running lights on it is brighter that the left side indicating it 
might be grounding out somewhere back through the harness?.  Is there a 
location I should be checking for this?
