... nothing -- First, look at the two headlights in question -- do they 
match each other, brand, name type, style, lens design, etc.?  I have 
two (I can't call them a set) headlights by the same manufacturer, that 
have apparently different bulbs inside the sealed halogen units -- one 
is a different color than the other.

Comparing them for brightness, one to the other, is only valid if they 
are a matched set of identical units.  Or maybe you just like to chase 
wild geese?
