[FC] Steering Wheel & Moving a car

We are wandering a bit away from the question, perhaps, but I hope this will help a bit.  Our '64 GB has what I'm told is a stock Deluxe steering wheel (it's a Deluxe).  I'm also told it's the same as a '63 car Deluxe wheel.  I just measured it, and it's 16" in diameter.  Hope that helps.
