[FC] Steering Wheel & Moving a car

As usual, I agree with Rad (wonder why?)  My Rampside wheel is a Grants 
656 (16.5" dia with a 1.5" dish) it has a 1" diameter black foam grip.  
I liked it so much I bought an identical one for the UltraVan.  There 
are a choice of 26 GM horn buttons.   I chose the 5876.
