You got almost all of it, Greg.  Deluxe trucks (Corvans and pickups) got 
a two-tone treatment on the interior (cab area) paint.

Only Greenbriers got upholstered door panels.

The bumper guards, by the way, are not part of the Deluxe group, they 
are a stand-alone item.
