[FC] FC filler neck grommet

IF trying to save it , heated with hair dryer (i use a shop version ) then  
a few drops of blaster or wd40 on the metal neck. then i go around the edge 
with  a small right angle hook tool to loosen it up. then i push it down 
the neck  slowly with a large screwdriver , working around the outer edge 
mostly.. i  unbolt the filler from the body first , then get the grommet off , 
then cut the  hoses with a good sharp hose cutter i have from napa.
i have done this twice in the last few months on junk parts vans. one came  
out a ok , the other was very dried out and painted , so i tossed it.  at  
least i got both necks ok.
