[FC] muffler hanger replacement on Lakewood

As others have mentioned, the upper part of the muffler hanger is held by 
the coil mounting stud and is captured by the rear corner shroud.  I have 
replaced this piece three different ways:

1)  Taken apart enough of the shrouds (lower right, damper door, rear 
assembly by skid plate and finally the right corner) to get the mount off 
the stud.
2)  Drilled out the rivets for the rubber isolator and fitted the new lower 
section with suitable bolts [as per Ken's recommendation].
3)  Remove coil, double nut the stud with grade 5 nuts (capture a box end 
or GearWrench first) back out the stud, replace hanger, reinstall stud with 
a small dab of LockTight.  Note that his may not be an option if the car 
was exposed to rust belt winter salt.
