Assuming that a Lakewood is like a car hanger (I don't know), there are two 
bolts holding the metal (more or less triangular piece) to the head - one at the 
top corner and one at the bottom corner.  If I recall correctly, the triangular 
piece slides behind another piece of shrouding and you  might have to slot the 
upper hole in order to avoid removing additional pieces.
