[FC] unidentified holes

I'm looking for help identifying several holes in my '61 GB.  You can 
see pictures of them here:

The holes are
1) above the clutch pedal (about 1" dia)
2) on the upper left side of large removable panel of front cowl (about 1" dia)
3) to the right side of rear heater vent (about 1.5" dia)
4) two threaded holes in left side rear inner panel
