[FC] Turbo identification

Sort of an odd subject to see on an FC list, but

Beware that some folks assembled turbos with a mix & match collection of 
pieces, and if one is not familiar with them, expert "in person" advice 
may be necessary for full and proper ID.

No knocks on that fine individual, Marty Scarr, just saying that 
occasionally in Corvair turbos, you may need more than just serial numbers.
