[FC] amber lenses

I am in need of 5" amber plastic lenses to use on my 62 Bell telephone van.Some states required these on the front to take the place of stock turn signals.These are a genuine available item through GM with a GM part number.I've only started looking but any help would be greatly appreciated.I found some on Ebay but they are only 4".Thanks in advance.
